Q: Are there any side effects to taking Hairnamics?

 

A: To date we have not received any complaints or comments about any adverse reactions or side effects to our product. But, as with any nutritional supplement, it is best to consult your physician before taking any supplements and get their approval, especially if you are taking any other medications.

 

 

Q: If I have issues with swallowing pills are there any other options for taking your supplement?

 

A: We realize many people have issues with swallowing pills, especially ones that are a little larger. But our product is a tablet so you can easily snap it in half to take it in smaller portion sizes; it doesn't crumble. You can also dissolve it in water/juice for 3-5 minutes and then drink it. Or you can also just crush it, with a tablespoon, then pour the ingredients into juice, yogurt, pudding, or a smoothie. None of these methods will affect the efficacy of the vitamins, so you have several options to make sure you can take our supplement and still get results!

 

Q: Can men take this vitamin?

 

A: Absoutely, our formula works for both men and women, and there are no ingredients have been reported to cause negative side effects that would affect a man's appearance or libido.

 

Q: Will the iron in your product cause constipation?

 

A: There is not a significant enough dosage of iron in our supplement to change your current bowel habits. However, you should always maintain a healthy balance of fiber in your diet for your overall health & nutrition at all times, to rid your body of unnecessary toxins that can prohibit you having a healthy internal environment for your best hair health.

 

Q: Does your vitamins contain fish, gluten, or lactose?

 

A: No, our vitamins contain no artificial colors or flavors, no preservatives, no sugar, no milk, no lactose, no gluten, no wheat, and no fish.

 

Q: Can children use your products?

 

A: Our vitamins are recommended for ages 18 & up unless you get approval otherwise from your doctor. All other products are OK for all ages, unless you are allergic to any of the ingredients which are carefully listed on all product labels and our website.

 

Q: Why don't you have big celebrities promoting your brand?

Then you see them on social media weeks later crediting the same product for the luxurious locks. They're being paid to mislead you and we don't operate this way. Q: Why does your product have iron, and other hair vitamins do not?

 

A: Our adding iron to our formula is one our greatest features. We know that many women tend to have poor iron, and some are even borderline anemic, causing hair to be prone to more dryness and breakage. So we know that adding iron, which is important to proper nutrition and good health overall, is also a critical ingredient for healthy hair. The question should be, why don't other hair vitamins have iron, when it's such an important ingredient for hair health?

 

 

Q: How often should I take your product?

 

A:  For best results, you should take 3 Hairnamics tablets daily, and preferably with a meal. You can take them all at once, or throughout the day, but most customers take them at once, so they don't forget, and get the best results possible by maintaining consistent use. It is also important to drink plenty of water and to try to maintain a healthy diet as well, to keep your body in best condition for healthy hair growth and maintenance. Great hair requires great nutritional support.

 

 

Q: How soon should I see results?

 

A: Though results can vary from person to person, most users start to see results within the first 3 weeks to 30 days, if they are using the product consistently and as instructed.

A: We have just started making our product available in various retail stores and select salons/boutiques. And we are adding more as they come along, please keep checking our site for updates.

Q: Does your vitamins cause acne or breakouts like some other brands.

 

A: Many of our customers are people who switched from other popular brands because of side effects they experienced with them, and once they switch they don't go back. However, if you are allergic to biotin in general you may have a reaction, since our product does contain 3mg of biotin. But if you are not allergic to biotin and drink water regularly, keep your skin and linens clean of excess oils, you shouldn't have any issues.

 

 

Payment and Shipping

 

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards for payments, as well as PayPal.

 

To order via PayPal: Please email customer service at customerservice@hairnamics.com with a list of what you want to order, the state you are shipping to and your name and email address so they can invoice you via PayPal.

 

At this time, we only ship within the United States, using the USPS, (NOT FedEx or UPS) and orders are processed within 48 hours of payment. Orders will normally be received within 5-7 business days of payment via USPS Priority Mail and do not require your signature; they will be left in your mailbox or at your address like standard mail.

 

You will receive an email when you order is shipped with your tracking number and link to the United States Post Office website, so you can track your order to your door. If you'd like faster shipping, email Customer Service (customerservice@hairnamics.com) for express shipping options and quotes.

 

 

Important Note: Some orders may be shipped in boxes or large envelopes based on the size of your order. If your mailbox is not large enough for a large package or large envelope, it is your responsibility to communicate with your postman or local post office as to how to handle your package. You can ask them to hold it at the post office for you to pick up or instruct them where to leave it in a place on your property, where YOU ARE SURE it will be secure. If you don't make arrangements to do this, and the postman leaves it at your door, doorstep, porch or property area, and your package is stolen, we will not be responsible. Once the postman scans the package as delivered, which will show in the tracking system at usps.com, you will have to address any issues with the post office. It is your responsiblity to provide a secure address where your package will be safe. We have no control over that, and cannot be responsible. We email you the tracking number the same day your order is shipped so YOU can track it, can be aware of the expected delivery date, and plan accordingly to receive it. We want you to receive what you ordered.

 

 

Returns & Refunds

 

 If you have an issues with any order, please notify customer service immediately by emailing customerservice@hairnamics.com. Vitamins only can be returned within 30 days. Refunds will be made within 72 hours of our processing the return.
